it deserves its 3 stars. this hotel has good location and staff. we were met by loyal, friendly personnel. our room cost us € 101.

Memorial was awesome! Views from the own terrace. Parking on-site was provided. Great place for short stay. Besides, it was within 500 metres of Charles Rogier.
